What is a one-person company (OPC)?

OPC stands for One Person Company: one person or a very small team running a real business with the help of AI and partners. The point isn’t to carry everything alone. It’s to get clear on whose problem you solve, then hand repetitive work to tools and partners.

I know nothing about AI. Where do I start?

Take the 2-minute AI skills self-test to see your level. Then pick one small task you do every day and can check yourself, try it once with AI, and note the difference. You don’t need to learn every tool first.

My business wants to use AI. What’s the first step?
